Terms and Conditions
Welcome to NWUCert. By using this website, submitting an application, enrolling in a certification pathway, or requesting certificate verification, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. About NWUCert
NWUCert provides professional certificate recognition, certificate upgrade pathways, vocational certification programs, document review, curriculum-based evaluation and digital verification support.
NWUCert serves international applicants seeking professional recognition, structured certification pathways and documented vocational credential development.
2. Certification Pathways
NWUCert offers three main pathways:
Certificate Recognition Track
For applicants who already hold a vocational or professional certificate and can provide sufficient official documentation.
Certificate Upgrade Track
For applicants who hold a certificate but must complete missing modules before certification.
Full Professional Certification Track
For applicants who do not have sufficient prior documentation and must complete the full certification curriculum.
3. Application Review
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee certification.
All applications are subject to internal review, document evaluation, curriculum comparison, professional assessment and completion of required modules where applicable.
NWUCert reserves the right to request additional documents, reject incomplete applications or require module completion before certification.
4. Document Accuracy
Applicants are responsible for submitting true, accurate and verifiable information.
NWUCert may reject or cancel any application if false, misleading, altered or unverifiable documents are submitted.
5. Exemption Policy
Applicants may receive exemptions only for modules, skills or learning outcomes supported by official and verifiable documentation.
If sufficient evidence is not provided, the applicant must complete the relevant modules through the NWUCert program.
6. Certificate Limitations
NWUCert professional certificates do not replace any government license, statutory permit, trade license, regulated professional qualification, safety authorization, work permit or immigration requirement in any country or jurisdiction.
Applicants are responsible for checking the legal, licensing and professional requirements applicable in their own country or target jurisdiction.
7. Payments and Fees
Fees may apply for application review, certificate recognition, module completion, full certification, printed certificates, verification letters, evaluation reports and expedited review.
Payments are generally non-refundable once application review, document evaluation, course access or certification processing has started.
8. Course Access
Course access may be provided according to the selected pathway, payment status and review decision.
NWUCert may update course content, curriculum structure, assessment requirements and certification procedures when necessary.
9. Verification
NWUCert may provide certificate verification for certificates issued or reviewed through the NWUCert platform.
Verification confirms internal NWUCert records only and does not guarantee acceptance by any employer, government authority, licensing board or external institution.
10. Intellectual Property
All course content, certificates, texts, designs, materials, documents and platform content provided by NWUCert are protected intellectual property.
Users may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute or commercially reuse NWUCert content without written permission.
