1. Scope of Services

NWUCert provides professional skills certification programs, application processing, digital PDF certificate issuance after approval, online certificate verification, and optional physical certificate delivery.

2. Application Accuracy

Applicants are responsible for submitting accurate personal details, selected program information, payment information, delivery details, and supporting documents where requested.

3. Certification Review

Submission of an application or payment does not automatically guarantee certificate issuance. Certificates may be issued only after required learning, assessment, review, and administrative approval steps are completed.

4. Digital Certificate and Verification

Approved candidates may receive a digital PDF certificate. Certificate records may be made available through the NWUCert online verification system using a certificate ID.

5. Physical Certificate Delivery

Physical printed certificates are optional and may be delivered by international courier to the applicant’s address after approval and payment of the applicable physical certificate fee.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees are listed on the Pricing page. Payment does not remove the applicant’s responsibility to provide accurate information or complete required certification steps.

7. Scope Notice

NWUCert certification supports professional skills documentation and course-based certification. It does not replace government licensure, regulated professional registration, immigration authority approval, or employer-specific legal requirements.

8. Changes to Services

NWUCert may update program structures, application processes, certificate formats, verification records, pricing, and service terms when needed.
