Certificate Policy

This policy explains NWUCert digital PDF certificates, online verification, certificate status, physical certificate delivery, and certificate scope.

1. Certificate Issuance

Certificates may be issued only after required learning, review, assessment, and administrative approval steps are completed.

2. Digital PDF Certificate

Approved candidates may receive a digital PDF certificate. The PDF certificate may include the certificate holder name, program title, certificate ID, issue date, and NWUCert Certification Office details.

3. Online Verification

Approved certificate records may be checked through the NWUCert verification page using a certificate ID. Verification may show certificate status and selected certificate record details.

4. Certificate Status

Certificate records may be marked as valid, pending review, expired, or revoked. PDF certificate display may be available only for valid certificate records.

5. Physical Printed Certificate

Applicants may request a physical printed certificate delivered to their address by international courier. The current physical certificate add-on is 120 USD including shipping.

6. Name and Program Accuracy

Applicants must provide accurate names and program information. Corrections after certificate preparation may require administrative review and may involve additional fees.

7. Misuse and Revocation

NWUCert may revoke or mark a certificate record as invalid if fraud, misuse, unauthorized alteration, false information, or administrative error is identified.

8. Scope Notice

NWUCert certification supports professional skills documentation and course-based certification. It does not replace government licensure, regulated professional registration, immigration authority approval, or employer-specific legal requirements.
